Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
For all deliveries of Barcaba Music to the customer of the online shop these Terms and Conditions (GTC) are exclusively valid as amended at the time of ordering.
2. Parties to the Contract
The contract for sale is reached with the customers of the online shop on the one hand and the music publisher Barcaba Music, Inh. Gottfried Barcaba, Hofwiesenstraße 59, A-3511 Furth bei Göttweig, Austria, on the other hand.
3. Offer and Conclusion
The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a not bindig online catalog. Errors excepted.
By clicking the button purchase products you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the following right of withdrawal.
4.1 Conditions

You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before fulfilling our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 1 and 2 draft Law and our obligations under Article 246 § 3 BGB. 4.2 Consequences of Withdrawal
In the case of an effective revocation the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits (eg interest). If you can not or in part, or return them only in deteriorated condition give us the service received (eg benefits), you have to pay us compensation. For the deterioration and derived benefits, you only have to pay compensation only if the uses or the deterioration is due to a deal with the matter, beyond the consideration of the characteristics and functioning. "Examination of properties and functioning" means the testing and trying out the goods, as it is possible and common in a shop. Returned by parcel thing are at our risk. You have to bear the cost of returning the goods if the delivered goods ordered and corresponds to the price of the returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you are at a higher price the thing at the time of the cancellation is not the consideration or a have provided contractually agreed partial payment. 4.3 Return costs when exercising the right of withdrawal
Exercise your legal right of cancellation (see cancellation policy), you have to bear the cost of returning the goods if the delivered goods ordered corresponds and if the price of the returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or higher if you price have not yet made the thing at the time of cancellation, or a contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return is free for you.
5. Prices and shipping costs
Described on the product pages are exempt due to the small business regulation of VAT.
For deliveries within Austria will be charged a shipping fee of 4€, for deliveries within the European Union 8€.
6. Delivery
Should not all products ordered in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense, as far as is reasonable for you.
If a product you ordered is not available, because we are not supplied with this product by our suppliers without fault, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and may propose to supply a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or you do not wish to supply a comparable product, we will refund any monies paid without delay.

7. Payment
Payments are processed via invoice: the invoice amount is due upon receipt of invoice.​
